    Postage and Packing


     Each Dominique Mosley scarf will arrive to you beautifully wrapped in our signature packaging, making it perfect for a gift purchase. Your scarf will be individually wrapped in high quality tissue paper, packaged in our luxury, white pillow boxes and tied with grosgrain ribbon to protect your new accessory and provide you with ideal storage.

    Your packaged scarf will be despatched in a sturdy mailing box to ensure safe transit.

    All shipping costs include packaging and mailing box.

    All of our orders are shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery which will ensure that your package is fully trackable and insured to the full amount of the goods. If your order is placed and processed before 12 noon (Monday- Friday) we will endeavour to ship on the same day.

    If your order is placed after 12 noon or over a weekend /bank holiday, the package will be despatched on the next working day.

    All Royal Mail Special Delivery Items must be signed for upon receipt.

    Please allow upto 3 working days for delivery of your item and bear in mind postage delays during busy periods such as Christmas.

    Important Information
    Order cut off times are only a guideline and do not take into account any delays caused by payment authorization.
    •If you are ordering multiple items to be shipped to different addresses these must be placed as separate orders.
    •If you are returning an item you take full responsibility for the return shipping cost.
    •We strongly suggest that you use a fully trackable shipping option as items lost in transit that are not traceable cannot be refunded.

    Returns Policy
    Non-faulty items
    We would like to ensure that you are completely satisfied with any items purchased from this website. However, if you are not happy with an item for whatever reason then you may return it to us within seven days for a refund or an exchange, provided that you return it to us unworn and in a fully saleable condition with its original packaging.

    PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN PERFECT CONDITION WITH ALL SWINGTAGS STILL ATTACHED AND WITH THE ORIGINAL PILLOW BOX AS THIS IS CONSIDERED A PART OF THE PRODUCT.

    When returning non-faulty items you will be refunded for the full amount of the original purchase price but not for the initial delivery charge. You will also be responsible for the cost of delivering the item back to us. Please ensure that you include all invoicing paperwork that we have sent you with your returned item and the Returns form included with your package.

    Faulty Items
    If your item arrives to you in a faulty or damaged state then please contact us at returns@dominiquemosley.com and we will arrange for either an exchange or a full refund. If a faulty or damaged item is returned to us, we will cover the initial delivery charges (unless your delivery included other items that are not being returned) and also the cost of returning the item to us. Please email us within seven days of receipt of your item and ensure that you enclose all invoicing paperwork when you return any items to us and also the Returns form included with your package .

    The responsibility for the goods being returned to us lies solely with you and we strongly advise that you obtain proof of postage from your preferred postage method should any loss or damage occur. This will enable us to track your item if necessary as without a tracking reference we are unable to provide any refund for items that we have not received.

    REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE PROCESSED ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED THE GOODS BACK AND WE WILL ONLY BE ABLE TO OFFER A REFUND TO THE CARD USED FOR THE INITIAL PAYMENT.

    Cooling Off Period
    In addition to our returns policy, under the EU Distance Selling Regulations customers are entitled to a seven day cooling off period during which you may cancel your purchase. This period covers seven working days and begins the day after receipt of your order. In this case a full refund will be provided but only when we have received the items. Should you wish to return an item within the cooling off period then please contact returns@dominiquemosley.com within the specified period stating your order number and the product you wish to return. You will then be given a unique returns reference number which you must enter onto your returns form and include with your item.

    ONLY ITEMS THAT ARE RETURNED TO US IN A PERFECT, UNWORN CONDITION AND ARE FIT FOR RESALE WILL BE REFUNDED UNDER THE COOLING-OFF PERIOD.

    Statutory Rights
    Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
